    The tour was pleasant and very interesting. The only problem was at the ticket office, where, despite showing up well in advance at 11:40 AM, my reservation was booked for 3:00 PM, even though I had confirmation and a ticket in hand, both of which had already been paid for at 12:00 PM. At the ticket office, they informed me that it was a problem with the portal where I had made the reservation. This was resolved by waiting for the next group at 12:30 PM.
